How the firm is structured
The solicitor-to-client ratio is kept deliberately low. That is a decision about the quality of the work rather than a stage of growth, and it shapes what it is like to practise here: you know your files, you speak to your clients directly, and you are not managing a list you cannot properly hold.
The firm practises compensation law exclusively, with dust disease as its specialty. For a lawyer who wants genuine depth in one area rather than breadth across many, that focus is the point.
Current opportunities
Roles are not always advertised. The firm is interested in hearing from solicitors, paralegals and administrative staff with an interest in compensation work, whether or not a position is currently open.
